Apartment amenities
We offer well-appointed apartments that accommodate up to ten people. Some come with a private sauna. And our house is conveniently located in the center of Königsleiten in close proximity to ski lifts and shops.
Cooking in comfort
Our handcrafted, cozy kitchens are equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, convection oven, Swedish stove and enough crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils for ten people.
Highest standards
Each apartment has three separate bedrooms, one separable living room and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet each. All beds are equipped with a high-quality cold foam mattress with hygienic, washable anti-allergy blankets and pillows to ensure you get a good night’s rest in the best of health.
Living in style and comfort
The cozy living rooms provide balcony access, cable TV, a stereo system, a DVD player and Wi-Fi service. The living room can also be partitioned off with a sliding door and used as a fourth bedroom thanks to the comfortable sleeper sofa.
Family time
All our apartments are perfect for families with children. Each has one bedroom equipped with an additional bunk bed. We also have cots and highchairs that we will be happy to provide on request.
Relax and recuperate
Recharge your batteries in your ensuite Finnish sauna after a long day of skiing on the slopes! Four of our apartments come with a private sauna integrated in one of the two bathrooms.
Stowed away safely
We have underground parking and spaces in front of the house for your car. You can safely store your winter sports equipment in our heated ski cellar. And don’t forget to use our ski boot heaters to head out to the slopes on toasty feet!
