From the front door to the slopes on your skis: Our house is just 250 meters from the gondola to the fabulous Zillertal Arena ski area with 160 km of slopes and 50 state-of-the-art lifts. And if you would rather spend time with something other than boards under your feet, you always can go sledding, snowshoe hiking, star gazing and so much more!

FAQ´s
Where can I park my car?
We have an underground car park where you can park your car. If you prefer an outside parking space, you can also park in front of the house comfortably .
Where can I get the keys to the apartment?
Across from the Simone holiday home you will find the office of our caretaker. There you will get the keys and can check in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can move into the apartment from 3 pm. On the day of departure the check-out must be completed by 10 am.
How much is the deposit and how is it calculated?
The deposit is 150 euros and must be paid in cash to the caretaker on the day of arrival.
How is the local tax calculated?
On the day of arrival the local tax will be settled in cash by the caretaker.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Bed linen is already included in the rental price and is deposited for the number of persons indicated at the time of booking. Towels can be rented comfortably at the reception, a towel costs 2 euros, a shower towel 3 euros. You can also bring your own towels, if you prefer so.
