We have comfortably furnished apartments, which can accommodate up to ten people. Some of our apartments have their own sauna. Our house is located in the center of Königsleiten in the immediate vicinity of lifts and shopping possibilities.

Cooking in comfort
Our handcrafted, cozy kitchens are equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, convection oven, Swedish stove and enough crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils for ten people.
Highest standards
Each apartment has three separate bedrooms, one separable living room and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet each. All beds are equipped with a high-quality cold foam mattress with hygienic, washable anti-allergy blankets and pillows to ensure you get a good night’s rest in the best of health.
Living in style and comfort
The cozy living rooms provide balcony access, cable TV, a stereo system, a DVD player and Wi-Fi service. The living room can also be partitioned off with a sliding door and used as a fourth bedroom thanks to the comfortable sleeper sofa.

Whether it is easy mountain hikes or ambitious high mountain tours: surrounded by the breathtaking mountain scenery of the national park Hohe Tauern, there is also plenty to discover in summer.
